We enjoyed a fantastic two nights with spacious family rooms and a cozy lounge area for relaxing. The hotel had a lovely sun terrace and a leisure room that were perfect for winding down after a busy day. The only thing we noticed was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience! 😊

The breakfast was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The club room was a cozy spot to unwind after a long day. Enjoying some downtime on the sun terrace was a highlight of our stay, along with the peaceful leisure room. Just a heads up, our room was a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

The location on the main street was ideal, close to cafes and restaurants. Our twin room was spacious and filled with modern amenities, including a large TV with streaming apps. Breakfast offered a good selection, although the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the overall hotel ambiance felt slightly dated, especially the bathroom fixtures.

Great spot in Dunkeld!
We stayed for a night in a family room and loved the vibe. The location was super handy, and parking wasn't an issue at all. The staff were really friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. The only bummer was the restaurant service—it took forever to get someone's attention. But the bar was nice for drinks.

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. the decor in some areas felt a bit dated and could use an update.

great access to nearby parks and charming local cafes
I had a wonderful experience thanks to the perfect central location, as I enjoyed refreshing strolls at Tay Forest Park which is just a short walk away, and also savored tasty bites at nearby cafes like Palmerston's Cafe, which is only a few steps from the hotel. as a single traveler, the welcoming atmosphere made my visits more enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Apr 17spacious roomfree parkingnoisy bar
The family room offered ample space, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Free parking availability made getting in and out hassle-free, a definite plus for travelers with vehicles.
Access to the second-floor family room required climbing two flights of stairs, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Inside, the bathroom door’s irritating noise when opening up was a minor nuisance during the night. While the bar area has potential for a nice evening, the atmosphere was spoiled by a loud group, making it difficult to enjoy a drink in peace. Breakfast was a letdown too. an attempt to order a bacon sandwich was met with a firm 'no,' forcing us to settle for a plate of bacon instead.
